Dr. Seuss' "The Tooth Book": A Reading by Cleo Beswick
Just being a toddler...you'll notice her bangs that I hacked off had just begun to grow back in nicely, although her mullet phase wasn't nearly over yet.

old and recent Cleo pics
This is from WAY back around the holidays...but she looks just soooo cute!

Having a tubby back in, er, March maybe?

Sometime over the winter...but look at that cute outfit!

In early May at Cousin Annabelle's first birthday party

This was about 2 weeks ago in the mall...she is showing off her new crocks, which we had just purchased and she wouldn't take them off of her feet. She is OBSESSED with shoes. Already.

new videos and pictures
Jeff let me sleep in this morning (heaven), so after I got up he went back to bed for a nap. Cleo and I enjoyed a little tv, some snacks, and looked out the window while practicing some animal sounds.
I was experimenting with our camera today so these are pretty blurry when you open them up...
Best picture of the day:

This is what she does when tell her to smile for the camera:

Enjoying a yummy (organic) fruit slushy snack:

Today was an awesome early spring-like day (although let's not kid ourselves...spring is really, like, 2 months away) so we took advantage and spent the afternoon roaming around Harvard Square and Radcliffe. Although Cleo gets to play outside pretty much everyday at daycare (even in the middle of winter...kids are way tough up here), it's in a somewhat zoo-like baby enclosure. So like an animal being released back to the wild, she wasn't quite sure what to do with herself in a big open space today.
Yes, she wore the sunglasses all day. She is obsessed with her boots, her coat and her sunglasses. I really have no idea where she gets it...
After we worked up an appetite we stopped by our favorite BBQ place, Redbones. Instead of the leisurely early dinner we were hoping for...we were in and out in about 45 minutes. Cleo was all set and wanted to go home.

It seems I'm having problems uploading more videos tonight so I'll try again tomorrow.

Has it been 2 months?
We are in the midst of Toddlerville.
We've been slacking on the documentation front. Just too much going on lately. And Cleo doesn't keep still for long, so, it's hard to capture her in her natural habitat.
These pictures are from the first couple of weeks of January. Apparently she was really into pasta then. I still can't figure out how to upload videos.
